The DEVELON DL220-7 wheel loader offers the durability and maneuverability needed for carrying and loading materials on rugged ag and construction worksites. The heavy-duty axles offer impressive lift capacities, and an additional counterweight further enhances performance.

The box frame boasts added strength, while an articulating design ensures excellent load distribution and rigidity. To reduce clogging, wider radiator fin spacing and the standard reversible fan clear dirt, dust and other large debris.

A deeper front fender offers additional wheel coverage, and an optional rear full fender also improves machine reliability.

Count on the leading performance provided by the robust ZF powershift transmission. The highly regarded ZF powershift transmission complimented engine efficiencies such as multiple power modes. The driveline is completed by the use of heavy-duty ZF axles, possessing excellent load-carrying characteristics. The standard Z-bar lift arm linkage system is ideal for digging, heavy lifting, and general construction tasks.

The DL220-7 is built with operators in mind. In the roomier, more comfortable cab, we relocated controls for intuitive use. See all important settings and a rearview camera view on the DEVELON Smart Touch screen.

The cab includes more glass area, a full glass door, larger mirrors and optional LED work lights. Add the DEVELON-exclusive standard Transparent Bucket to “see through” the bucket from an in-cab display.

All that plus an upgraded heating and air conditioning system, DEVELON Smart Guidance System that provides tips for operators to achieve more efficient machine operation, and a DEVELON Smart Key for push-button engine starts.

Situation Awareness Technology (SAT) helps save fuel by adjusting engine output to the needs of the drivetrain and hydraulics.

Three power modes deliver the right balance of power and fuel economy. Automatic transmission modes shift gears to maximize efficiency, an auto-idle feature reduces engine rpm, and auto-shutdown turns off the engine after a set amount of idle time.

To comply with Tier 4 emissions standards, the DL220-7 incorporates a high-pressure common-rail (HPCR) fuel delivery system as well as cooled exhaust gas recirculation (CEGR), combined with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and selective catalyst reduction (SCR) with diesel exhaust fluid (DEF).
