The Earthforce S16 features a radial lift boom that moves the bucket in an arc. Due to this design, a greater reach is provided than with a vertical design, and the boom itself is more reliable and easier to maintain.

To reduce the load on the operator and make it easier to control, the mini-loader was equipped with an ergonomic cabin with protection against rollovers and against falling objects from a height, responsive levers, and a comfortable chair.
